The company's purpose is to provide consulting services and services in the industrial, technical, commercial and financial sectors in Switzerland and abroad, in particular for the acquisition and transfer of technologies, know-how, usage rights, trademarks and intellectual property rights in the energy sector, as well as the exercise of any mandate in these fields. The company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all commercial, financial, movable or immovable transactions (with the exception of transactions prohibited by the LFAIE) directly or indirectly related to its main purpose. It may also establish branches and/or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also grant loans to its associates and/or guarantee, secure or co-sign loans granted by third parties to its associates.
