The Company's purpose is, in Switzerland and/or abroad, (i) to provide any services related to the maintenance and enhancement of buildings, facilities and infrastructure, in particular in the fields of technical maintenance, concierge services, building automation, project management and monitoring, and building energy consulting, as well as the management, monitoring, execution and direction of works; (ii) the sale of furniture and decorative items; (iii) to grant (a) loans and/or any other form of financing or (b) guarantees and/or any other form of security to one or more Partners, companies of the same group and/or third parties for their direct or indirect benefit, if this promotes the interests of the Company.
