The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, take over representations and enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that may be suitable to promote the purpose of the company or that are directly or indirectly related to it. It may also provide financing for its own account or for the account of third parties, in particular the financing of holding companies. It may acquire, manage and sell real estate. The company is part of the «A Group» group and may consider the interests of the «A Group» group in pursuing its corporate purpose. In particular, the company may grant loans and other direct or indirect financing to its direct and indirect subsidiaries and third parties, including its direct and indirect shareholders and their direct and indirect subsidiaries, including within the framework of cash pooling agreements, and provide security of all kinds for their liabilities, including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or guarantees of any kind, whether remunerated or not.
