The company's purpose is to construct buildings and to acquire, operate, manage, utilize and dispose of properties and real estate rights as defined in Article 2, paragraph 2, letter a of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad. The company may conduct all commercial, industrial and financial transactions on its own account or on behalf of third parties that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. It may participate in other companies or businesses in Switzerland and abroad, regardless of their legal form, that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company may acquire, manage and dispose of properties. The company may grant loans or other forms of financing to direct or indirect shareholders, companies of the same group and third parties, and provide securities of any kind for the direct or indirect benefit of direct or indirect shareholders, companies of the same group and third parties, in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges or fiduciary assignments to secure the company's assets, even if these loans, financings or securities are granted free of charge. The company may perform any activity related to the centralization of financial management on behalf of the group to which it belongs.
