to develop, maintain, market, sell, license or sublicense the use of software as well as software as a service (SaaS), provide implementation, hosting, data processing, application management, security, maintenance, support, training and all other services related to software including when provided as a service, in particular but not exclusively to banks and other financial institutions; to participate in the coordination and control, on an international level, of the activities of the various companies affiliated with the Temenos group, as well as to provide financial, administrative, management and consulting services; to carry out all other commercial activities and to participate in the financing of other companies belonging to the group to which the company belongs (cf. statutes for complete purpose).
