The company's purpose is any activity in the real estate sector, in Switzerland or abroad, including the purchase, sale, rental, promotion, construction, renovation, transformation, operation, management, or brokerage of real estate, excluding any activity prohibited by the LFAIE. In general, the company may also carry out all operations that directly or indirectly relate to its corporate purpose and promote its development, including taking stakes in other companies.
