Terra Nova Helvetica Genossenschaft

The Terra Nova Cooperative aims to promote the fourth pillar of old-age provision, social non-profit activities and other projects to strengthen intergenerational cohesion in the public interest. The cooperative does not pursue any commercial purpose. The cooperative can carry out all commercial, financial and other activities that are directly or indirectly related to the purpose of the cooperative or are suitable for promoting or facilitating it. Services can also be obtained by non-members of the cooperative under special conditions. The cooperative can acquire, encumber, hold and sell properties in Switzerland and abroad. The cooperative can establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad.
