The company also aims to develop and market new software, applications, platforms and other IT solutions for the real estate and property management sector, including for developers, general contractors and property managers. The company may, in general, engage in all activities and carry out all commercial and financial, movable and immovable transactions, directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose or likely to promote it, as well as take participations in all commercial companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, except for all operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may establish branches and create subsidiaries, both in Switzerland and abroad. The company may grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties if it serves its interests.
