The company's purpose is the purchase, sale, administration, and management of equity interests, in Switzerland and abroad, as a holding company, with the proviso that with regard to equity interests in real estate companies located in Switzerland, these will be limited to real estate companies whose properties are exclusively for commercial use. The company may grant loans to its partners or to third parties, act as guarantor for loans taken out by partners or third parties, guarantee these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by entering into any other commitment, if this is in its interest. It may also, in Switzerland or abroad, create branches, participate in other companies, acquire or establish companies with the same or a similar purpose, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, and real estate operations (excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE), with the proviso that with regard to properties located in Switzerland, these must be exclusively for commercial use, and enter into all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it.
