The company's purpose is to operate a real estate agency, brokerage, consulting, purchasing, investing, renting, managing and transacting real estate, except for any operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may, except for any operations prohibited by the LFAIE, provide any services in the field of real estate, in particular: managing all real estate operations on a commercial, financial, legal, accounting and administrative level; supervising all construction work on behalf of the client; marketing all real estate; carrying out all architectural and engineering work, as well as all real estate construction as a general contractor; providing technical property management and maintenance services. It may, in Switzerland or abroad, establish branches, participate in other companies, acquire all properties or real estate companies within the scope of its activities (except for any operations prohibited by the LFAIE), acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts necessary to achieve its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly.
