Granting of awards, rewards, scholarships or donations, of subsidies granted to education and research programs, to support, promote, manage, encourage or reward activities, achievements and projects that stand out for their intrinsic value or their public utility character and aiming to study, teach, develop, disseminate, revive and promote all forms of art and culture, including the values they embody, the aspects they assume and their various achievements, and in particular, but not exclusively, those related to Islamic culture, and this in all fields.
