The purpose of the company is to create digital content in various formats (e.g. images, videos, interactive experiences) and to produce physical collectibles as counterparts to NFTs, such as art toys, clothing items, etc. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies, acquire, manage, broker and sell licenses, patents and other intangible assets as well as real estate, and in general conduct all business that is connected with or suitable to promote the purpose of the company.
