The purpose of the company is: the holding, management and acquisition of one or several dental practices, providing high-quality medical and dental care services. It may also oversee the operation of these practices to ensure consultation services, preventive and curative treatments, as well as emergency interventions. Furthermore, the company is authorized to carry out all commercial, financial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions, directly or indirectly related to its main activity. This includes managing participations in other medical and dental sector companies, creating branches in Switzerland and abroad, as well as acquiring or selling real estate necessary for its activities (excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE). It may also conclude contracts and make investments aimed at promoting the development and expansion of its participations and assets, while optimizing the financial and strategic management of the group.
