The company's purpose is: in Switzerland and abroad, to provide advice, conservation, trading, brokerage and commerce of all movable goods and products, particularly in the field of wines, champagnes and spirits, and more generally in the luxury and gastronomy sector; organization of events and manifestations. The company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable operations (excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE), take all participations in companies in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose. It may create branches in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also grant loans to its associates and/or guarantee, secure or co-sign loans granted by third parties to its associates.
