The Association does not pursue any profit-making purpose. Its aim is to promote, support, and facilitate exchanges within a community of members as well as crowdfunding for projects of general interest, notably in the social, environmental, educational, cultural, or technological fields, by organizing a decentralized community governance mechanism based on a digital infrastructure. It also aims to support collective governance based on the formulation of a community constitution adopted via the platform, based on anonymized data voluntarily provided by the community participants. To this end, the association sets up a discussion, coordination, and voting platform allowing its members to submit, review, and select projects according to principles of equal participation and decision-making transparency while preserving the confidentiality, security, and digital integrity of its members, notably by ensuring an environment that fosters free and decentralized expression without mandatory identification. The Association does not collect or manage funds intended for the selected projects. It acts exclusively as an intermediary by ensuring the governance of the selection process, the verification of the eligibility of the projects, the publication of the voting results, and, where appropriate, the connection between the community members and the project leaders or beneficiary entities. The Association may undertake any lawful activity conducive to achieving its purpose.
