To facilitate a multi-border dialogue and to encourage joint action between actors of a specific discipline/sector and/or between several disciplines/sectors, in a field of interest: community security in a constantly changing world; the association: informs and raises awareness of a specific discipline or sector and/or between several disciplines/sectors about the challenges affecting community security worldwide; creates a dialogue on these challenges globally; mobilizes global action to encourage action and partnerships between communities and between key discipline communities; initiates, participates in and supports research that supports decision-making by stakeholders in addressing challenges and provides solutions in community security; the association may undertake any activity and take any necessary and useful measures to achieve its above-mentioned goals; the association's activities are carried out worldwide through local or regional offices.
