The company's purpose is to manage the Pfulg family art collection, promote the artists represented in the collection, preserve this artistic heritage for as long as possible, make it known to the public through all appropriate means, and thus ensure its perpetuity. The Company can collect, buy, sell, and lease works of art of which it is the owner. It can make donations to museums or cultural institutions. It can participate in any exhibition or cultural event directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company can receive all liberalities, bequests, and inheritances constituted in alienable assets according to the will of the donor or testator. The Society can organize and manage exhibitions of the family collection, of which the family members are owners, and it can collect the potential revenues related thereto. It can promote this collection held in the hands of the family, in the same way as the works of which it is the owner. The Society may also carry out all operations that directly or indirectly relate to its social purpose and that favor or facilitate its development. To this end, the company can carry out, directly or indirectly, all commercial and financial operations, in Switzerland and abroad, and participate, directly or indirectly, in all enterprises related to its social purpose in Switzerland and abroad, with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE). It can create branches in Switzerland and abroad. It can grant loans or guarantees to partners or third parties, if this favors its interests. The Society can hold all types of intellectual property rights, as well as grant licenses on these rights.
