The exclusive non-profit purpose of the association is to support, promote, develop and implement freedom of thought, conscience and religion worldwide in all countries. This purpose is based on the realization that poverty can only be sustainably eradicated if a society prospers. A democracy cannot function without the protection of fundamental human rights, and in order for these human rights to be fully guaranteed, freedom of religion is also required. The non-profit purpose of the association is to be pursued in accordance with Article 18 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which states: Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change one's religion or belief, as well as freedom to manifest one's religion or belief, alone or in community with others, in public or private, through teaching, practice, worship and observance of rites. The UNO Pact II International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights is also the basis for the non-profit purpose of the association. The association further aims to eliminate poverty and promote the healthy development of ethnic groups and nations by supporting minorities in particular, so that they can prosper in their countries of origin. This prevents refugee flows/movements and/or reduces the number of refugees. Minorities are helped to become self-sufficient and enabled to support their families themselves. Through a holistically conceived aid effort, the living situation for people is fundamentally changed. This, in turn, will enable them to remain in their social and cultural context. The association can work with like-minded associations, organizations and networks, as well as with authorities or companies that pursue the same common goals.
