The company's purpose is to create startups in the internet sector based on shared resources and a multidisciplinary team, as well as the acquisition, sale and management of participations in companies in Switzerland and abroad, and the provision of all services in these areas. Real estate transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners are excluded. The company may carry out all operations directly or indirectly related to this purpose and may have a direct or indirect interest in them. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad.
