The association, as a non-profit organization under Article 60 of the Swiss Civil Code (CC), aims to promote, support, develop, and enhance artistic creation, cultural expression, musical and visual production, as well as innovation in the artistic, educational, and digital fields. It operates both in Switzerland and abroad, with a spirit of public interest, accessibility, inclusion, sustainability, and artistic diversity. It also aims to strengthen the autonomy of artists and foster new models for the dissemination, training, and recognition of artistic work. The association is not for profit in the legal sense: it fully reinvests any potential surpluses in achieving its statutory objectives. No benefits can be distributed to its members, leaders, or third parties.
