The acquisition, holding, management and realization of participations in all types of commercial, financial, industrial and real estate companies, in Switzerland and abroad, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, it being specified that the company may only hold participations in real estate companies with exclusively commercial use in Switzerland. Furthermore, it may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or real estate transactions directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and may be interested, in any form, in all similar companies, in particular by taking participations in similar companies. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
