The foundation aims to: promote the so-called Thestage-Al protocol (which may contain components of other protocols); publish the Thestage-Al protocol; promote and develop technologies and applications that build on the Thestage-Al protocol; publish all software components related to the Thestage-Al protocol; promote, manage and orchestrate the Thestage-Al ecosystem; issue tokens (without legal claim); hold and manage digital (e.g. tokens) and non-digital assets for these purposes; provide training and education in the area of the Thestage-Al ecosystem and the Thestage-Al protocol and related technologies and applications; and promote public awareness of the Thestage-Al ecosystem and the Thestage-Al protocol and related technologies and applications. To this end, the foundation may create and promote governance systems (in particular technical applications for granting participation and control rights to network participants, e.g. in the form of a decentralized autonomous organization); support and finance suitable research and development activities as well as projects, companies and individuals through individual grants or establish and publish funding programs (e.g. grants); issue tokens for the expansion of the Thestage-Al ecosystem (e.g. airdrops); publicly promote the Thestage-Al ecosystem, the Thestage-Al protocol and technologies and applications based on the Thestage-Al protocol, and provide training, create and make available training materials such as technical descriptions; contact various companies, partners, banks, regulators, authorities or other third parties for the benefit of the Thestage-Al ecosystem, expend received contributions, participate in companies, acquire, hold or grant trademark rights and other IP rights or license rights, organize conferences or other events such as workshops, developer events and hackathons that support and promote the Thestage-Al protocol, create sub-foundations; and conduct and promote all business and participate in all transactions, and generally take all actions that are necessary, appropriate, related or desirable to achieve or promote the goals described herein.
