The company can thus acquire stakes in Swiss companies owning real estate properties located in Switzerland serving as permanent establishments for exclusively commercial use. It can also carry out all commercial, financial, industrial or movable operations, directly or indirectly related to its purpose or likely to promote its realization. The company can create branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also grant loans and/or guarantees, in any form, to its subsidiaries, its shareholders, or to third parties.
