The company's purpose is to provide legal services, advice and consulting of all kinds in the legal and real estate fields, both in Switzerland and abroad. It also aims to engage in all activities in the real estate sector, including the purchase, sale, holding, development and management of real estate, brokerage, promotion and general contracting, all within the limits set by the legislation on the acquisition of real estate by foreign persons (LFAIE). The company may receive brokerage commissions, finder's fees or other types of commissions and make financial investments of all kinds. The company may, in particular, in Switzerland and/or abroad: engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable (except for operations prohibited by LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose; participate in any enterprise having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose; establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; file, acquire, hold and sell patents or intellectual property rights and acquire, hold and grant licenses; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders, subsidiaries, parent companies, sister companies or third parties, if it serves its interests or those of the group of companies to which it belongs; carry out any cash pooling activity for the account of the group to which it belongs.
