The assumption of mandates and representations in the field of transport or logistics, consulting, brokerage of any activity in connection with the main purpose. The company may carry out all those operations of a commercial, industrial, financial, service and real estate nature within the limits imposed by the current legislation (funds for business establishments, art. 2 para. 2 letter a LAFE) deemed necessary or even only opportune for the achievement of the company's purpose, including the establishment of branches in Switzerland or abroad.
