The purpose of the company is the rental, leasing, brokerage, and organization of cruises with vessels and, more generally, stays on board, as well as the organization of courses and the assumption of representations in the aforementioned sector. The company may directly or indirectly acquire interests and participations in other companies or industrial, commercial, financial, and service enterprises in Switzerland or abroad, in the sector related to the company's purpose or in other sectors, and open branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also acquire, enhance, encumber, manage, administer, and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad, as well as participate in real estate companies and enterprises with headquarters and/or activities in Switzerland and abroad, in compliance with the applicable regulations, with particular reference to the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LAFE).
