The company's purpose is to carry out the following activities both in Switzerland and abroad: conception, design, production and marketing of machinery, their parts and software; wholesale and retail trade, in a fixed or itinerant location, on its own account and/or on behalf of third parties, under concession, exclusively as well as import/export also by electronic means, representation with or without storage. The company may apply for the grant of industrial patents and the registration of trademarks, may resort to any form of financing with credit institutions, banks, companies and private individuals, providing all necessary movable and immovable guarantees, acquire, in a non-prevalent manner, interests and participations, also in the form of shares, in other companies or in other companies established or to be established, having similar or related activities or connected to its own, both directly and indirectly, for the purpose of stable investment and not for placement, provided that they are functionally linked to the achievement of the company's purpose. The company will have the right to request EU, national and regional incentives.
