The acquisition, holding, management and sale of participations in other companies in Switzerland or abroad, excluding real estate participations in Switzerland according to the LFAIE. The company may grant loans or other direct or indirect financing as well as guarantees for the obligations of said companies, including in the form of pledges or fiduciary transfer of assets or in any form of guarantees, remunerated or not, to third parties as well as to all affiliated companies, including its own direct or indirect shareholders or their directly or indirectly held subsidiaries.
