The company's purpose is to establish and manage a reserve fund for the roof guarantee system provided by waterproofing companies, and to cover the costs of repairing or renovating roof coverings; the purchase, sale, promotion, brokerage of real estate as well as any participation in such transactions, within the limits authorized by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions, excluding those prohibited by the LFAIE, directly or indirectly related to its purpose.
