The purchase, sale, exchange, rental (active and passive), leasing, restructuring, representation, and agency activities, administration, and management in general of real estate, land, and buildings (of any nature and type) located anywhere, owned by the Company or third parties, including the management of rustic funds; the acquisition of participations in other national and foreign companies or entities for the purpose of stable investment and not for placement with third parties, the technical, administrative, and financial coordination of the companies or entities in which it participates; the buying and selling and management in general of public and private securities, national and foreign, for its own account and as an investment and therefore in a non-professional manner; advertising and sponsorship activities in general. With regard to the subsidiaries, as well as with regard to the natural or legal persons with whom the company has a relationship (active or passive) of control or connection, or finally of direction and/or coordination, the company may, in compliance with the non-derogable rules, receive and provide financing and grant guarantees of any kind and type, as well as assign commercial credits and become their buyer, pro solvendo or pro soluto, or for guarantee purposes. The company may carry out all commercial, industrial, and real estate operations that are directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose, and may also carry out, in a prevailing and entirely accessory and instrumental manner, and in any case with express exclusion of any activity carried out towards the public, financial and securities operations, grant guarantees, sureties, and guarantees also in favor of third parties, as well as assume, solely for the purpose of stable investment and not for placement, directly or indirectly, participations in Swiss and foreign companies with similar purposes.
