The Company may also, in Switzerland and abroad: establish branches or subsidiaries, acquire participations in, and more generally participate in, all companies and entities having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose; carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions (excluding transactions subject to the authorization regime according to the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE)) directly or indirectly related to its purpose or likely to promote it, in particular, when permitted by law, acquire, manage, operate and sell real estate; grant loans or any other form of financing, and provide guarantees of all kinds, for the direct or indirect benefit of its associates, companies of the same group or third parties, in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges or securities on the Company's assets.
