The company's purpose is: (in strict compliance with the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners) the acquisition, administration and management of participations in all industrial, commercial, financial or other companies in Switzerland or abroad, in the sense of a holding company. Furthermore, it may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and may be interested, in any form, in all similar companies, in particular by acquiring participations in similar companies. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
