With regard to participations in real estate companies based in Switzerland, they will be limited to real estate companies whose properties are exclusively for commercial use. The company may: carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions (in compliance with the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners) in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose; create subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad; grant loans or guarantees to subsidiaries, associates or third parties.
