The company's purpose is to acquire and sell, as well as hold and manage, interests in enterprises both domestically and abroad. The company may engage in all commercial, financial, or other transactions that are directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose. Furthermore, the company may grant loans or other financing, with or without compensation, to its direct or indirect shareholders, their direct or indirect subsidiaries, and third parties, and may provide security of all kinds, including guarantees, pledges, and fiduciary transfers of the company's assets, for the obligations of such persons or group companies. In addition, it may conduct or participate in liquidity equalization/net liquidity centralization (cash pooling), including periodic balance adjustments (balancing), with group companies, also without consideration, on preferential terms, interest-free, without the intention of making a profit for the company, and assuming clumping risks.
