The purpose of the company is to acquire, hold, manage and dispose of participations in other companies of any kind, both in Switzerland and abroad, including listed and unlisted companies, as well as real estate participations, whereby real estate transactions in Switzerland only concern properties used exclusively for commercial purposes and are therefore not subject to the Swiss Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG). The company may grant loans or other forms of financing to third parties and/or companies of the same group, as well as provide securities of any kind on the company's assets, in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges or securities, for the direct or indirect benefit of third parties and/or companies of the same group. The company is authorized to conduct, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, any kind of commercial, industrial and financial business, as well as transactions with movable and immovable assets, in Switzerland and abroad, which are directly or indirectly related to its main purpose. The company may also establish branches in Switzerland and abroad and acquire participations in other companies that pursue a similar or related purpose, as well as participations in companies that are active in metal mining or related activities.
