The Foundation carries out charitable activities consisting of supporting and making donations to non-governmental organizations and local, regional and international organizations. Its mission is to financially support initiatives in the fields of humanitarian aid, education, culture, health, orphanages and the fight against poverty, as well as in other areas of public utility. It also awards scholarships and grants to selected schools and universities. The Foundation achieves its purpose through the means deemed appropriate by its foundation council, in particular by providing assistance to individuals or legal entities that work towards the purpose. It may accept requests for support from them and/or take initiatives to direct activities in the areas covered by its purpose. The Foundation does not pursue any profit-making purpose. The Foundation is entitled to carry out all activities that are consistent, related or necessary to the fulfillment of its purpose. It may create other foundations or legal entities. It may acquire real estate.
