The company's purpose is any activity related to the restaurant business, in particular the operation of the tea room of the Ancienne-Papeterie (crêperie, tea room and bakery), all restaurants and other similar establishments, as well as all commercial activities directly or indirectly related to its purpose, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may carry out all financial, commercial or industrial, movable or immovable transactions, participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose and grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if it serves its interests. It may, in Switzerland or abroad, create branches and subsidiaries, take participations in other companies, acquire or create similar or similar companies, carry out all transactions and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or relating directly or indirectly thereto.
