In Switzerland and abroad, the company provides all services and advice to both individuals and companies in the commercial, financial, industrial, movable and immovable property sectors, including brokerage, purchase, sale, administration, promotion, management, operation, rental, construction and development of all real estate, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), i.e. excluding any real estate transaction in Switzerland that does not have an exclusively commercial purpose. In general, the company may carry out all commercial, industrial, financial, movable or immovable property transactions in Switzerland and abroad, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, in direct or indirect relation to its main purpose or of a nature to facilitate its realization, grant loans or any other form of financing and take participations in other companies with a similar or related purpose, all of this excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), i.e. excluding any real estate transaction in Switzerland that does not have an exclusively commercial purpose. The company may establish subsidiaries or branches in Switzerland and abroad.
