The cooperative aims to pursue the following objectives in common self-help for its members: the construction and operation of access facilities of all kinds, such as drinking and firefighting water supply, as well as clean and wastewater disposal, and the maintenance of the wastewater treatment plant in the holiday home zone Höchst Frutigen, on a non-profit basis and with adequate protection of the interests of the cooperative members. The construction and operation refer to all plots of land within the holiday home zone Höchst, as well as the adjacent residential area outside the building zone. The cooperative is authorized to conclude all transactions that are compatible with its purpose. It can acquire and sell plots of land. The cooperative is politically and denominationally neutral.
