The company may provide financing and similar services to affiliated companies, i.e. direct or indirect subsidiaries, direct or indirect sister companies, or direct or indirect parent companies, whether through loans, advances, guarantees or other securities of any kind, with or without consideration. The company may acquire, hold, manage, exploit and dispose of real estate and intellectual property rights in Switzerland and abroad (with the exception of transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG)). The company may engage in all activities and take all measures that appear to promote the company's purpose or are related thereto, in particular concluding contracts with customers and suppliers and transactions for capital procurement.
