The company's purpose is to engage in all activities in the field of real estate (excluding all operations prohibited by the LFAIE), construction, promotion, project management, general contracting, renovation, in particular the purchase, sale, management, brokerage, realization, digital real estate marketing and enhancement of all real estate assets. The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: establish branches, in general, carry out any financial, commercial, industrial or mobile activity, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans to its shareholders and third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by shareholders and third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
