The purpose of the cooperative is to support its members in their search, analysis, planning, structuring, financing, and implementation of economically profitable new and further developments of any kind, provided that these projects promote ecological and economic sustainability, social justice, and counteract climate change (hereinafter referred to as "projects"). In particular, projects in the following areas are supported: fuels and propulsion methods, propulsion machines and pumps, transport vehicles, logistics concepts, traffic control systems, construction methods, building materials, generation of electrical energy, heat and cold, drinking and process water treatment methods, water and air purification methods and devices, extraction and processing of natural resources, manufacturing processes in the chemical and metal processing industries, food, cultivation and harvesting methods in agriculture and forestry, communication technology, and recycling processes. The cooperative achieves this purpose by: collecting and making available to all members, using the internet, the knowledge, skills, expertise, interests, connections, and resources of all members with regard to projects; bringing together members interested in a specific project, also using the internet, and supporting them in project analysis, business plan creation, structuring, financing, and project implementation with advice, assistance, and mediation of experts (members or third parties); and supporting projects carried out by members with start-up capital, if necessary and reasonable. Within the scope of its purpose, the cooperative can establish representations or branch offices in Switzerland and abroad, found subsidiaries, establish foundations, participate in other companies or conclude cooperation agreements with them, as well as acquire, sell, and encumber real estate. Furthermore, it can conduct all business that is suitable for promoting the cooperative's purpose in any way. The cooperative is geographically, politically, and denominationally neutral.
