The company's purpose is to engage in all activities within the real estate sector, particularly the acquisition and sale of real estate properties, their enhancement, leasing, renovation, and all construction work related to the real estate sector, as well as all activities that directly or indirectly help achieve the aforementioned purposes, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE. It may engage in all financial, commercial, or industrial activities, whether movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, open branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in all enterprises directly or indirectly related to its purpose, and grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties if it serves its interests, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE.
