The purpose of the foundation is to promote and develop new technological developments and applications, particularly in the areas of new open and decentralized software architectures. To this end, the foundation may: 1. Issue the Tusima Network Token; 2. Promote research and development of the Tusima Layer-2 Blockchain; 3. Promote the introduction of ZK-Rollup solutions (Zero-Knowledge Rollup) in all industries; 4. Foster a global community of developers, researchers, and organizations working towards the common goal of building controllable data protection financial infrastructures in the Web 3.0 era; 5. Support projects and initiatives that align with the foundation's purpose; 6. Hold or grant trademark rights and other IP rights or licenses; 7. Raise awareness to sharpen the understanding of the platform's benefits. 8. Conduct and promote all business and/or participate in all transactions, and generally take all actions and things necessary, appropriate, related or desirable to achieve or promote the goals described herein. The foundation may also delegate the fulfillment of its tasks to other organizations, create and/or promote existing ones, in particular, the foundation may also establish or participate in domestic and foreign legal entities. The foundation is non-profit and does not pursue any profit. Within the scope of its purpose, the foundation may operate domestically and internationally.
