The company's purpose is to acquire, permanently manage, and dispose of interests in domestic and foreign companies of all kinds, particularly in the fields of trade and services. It can finance other companies. The company can establish branches and subsidiaries at home and abroad and participate in other companies at home and abroad. The company can acquire, hold, manage, encumber, utilize, and dispose of real estate and intellectual property rights at home and abroad, as well as finance other companies. The company can grant direct or indirect financings to its direct or indirect subsidiaries and to third parties, including its direct or indirect shareholders and their direct or indirect subsidiaries, provide securities of all kinds for its own liabilities and those of other companies (including direct or indirect shareholders of the company or companies in which these shareholders are directly or indirectly involved), including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfers or assignments of the company's assets, or provide guarantees, enter into suretyships, or otherwise secure or guarantee obligations of the company or these other companies, whether for a fee or not. Furthermore, it can conduct liquidity equalization/concentration of net liquidity (cash pooling) with the aforementioned companies or join such an arrangement, including periodic account balancing (balancing). The company can do all this without consideration, on preferential terms, without interest, excluding the profit-seeking nature of the company, and by assuming clustering risks. The company can engage in all commercial, financial, and other activities that appear suitable to promote the company's purpose or are related thereto.
