The company's purpose is to advise private and corporate clients on investments, loans, mortgages, insurance and legal matters. Furthermore, it aims to broker insurance contracts, loans and other financial products. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad. It may acquire, manage and transfer patents, trademarks, technical and industrial knowledge. The company is authorized to acquire, encumber, sell and manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad.
