Promotion of the common good in the broadest sense in all its possible forms; supporting non-profit, charitable, or similar institutions, endeavors, or projects, particularly in the areas of education, combating unemployment, alleviating social hardship, and assisting socially disadvantaged individuals; the available resources shall be concentrated on greater needs rather than being dispersed in various good but separate directions; ensuring that the activities and commitments of municipalities and other institutions in this field are not duplicated or replaced, but rather complemented, and the foundation's resources are deployed where others are unable to promote the common good and education in the broadest sense; does not pursue any economic purposes.
