1 The company's purpose is: a) any consulting and service activity for companies and private individuals, particularly in the sports sector, including recruitment, selection of executives, organization of courses, seminars, training or events, b) as an ancillary activity, the execution of all commercial and financial transactions, whether movable or immovable (in strict compliance with the rules relating to the acquisition of real estate by foreigners) - in direct or indirect relation to the above-mentioned purpose(s), as well as the acquisition of interests in any Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes. 2 The company may carry out its activities both in Switzerland and abroad and establish branches. 3 The company may grant loans or guarantees to its members or third parties.
