The company's purpose is the acquisition, holding, and disposal of movable assets, as well as participations in all companies and financing of affiliated companies, excluding any acquisition of participations in real estate companies in Switzerland within the meaning of the LFAIE; the company may also provide all services and assistance in the field of management consulting, study offices, and purchasing centers; the company may also finance group companies and issue guarantees; the company may carry out financing operations, grant loans to third parties as well as to group companies and direct and indirect shareholders of the company, and grant the aforementioned securities vis-à-vis third parties, including pledges, transfers of securities, and guarantees, even if these loans or securities are in the exclusive interest of the aforementioned companies and are granted without the company receiving remuneration in return. Furthermore, it may conclude cash pooling contracts with other group companies.
