The company's purpose is the acquisition, holding, and management of investments in all forms in all commercial, industrial, financial, and real estate companies in Switzerland and abroad, with the exception of any transaction contrary to the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE). The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: create branches, in general, carry out any financial, commercial, industrial, or real estate activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans to its shareholders and to third parties, act as a guarantor for loans subscribed by shareholders and third parties, guarantee these loans by the issuance or pledging of mortgage securities or by the subscription of any other financial commitment.
